WWII Era British RAF Fighter Pilot E-Type Cloth Flying Helmet - Unwired - Original - Unissued Condition - RARE. This is an early version of this Flying Helmet that was Unwired. It is made from a light weight Airvex Type material. It has the ear cushions, the google straps and the chin strap.

The helmet show no evidence of prior usage. The rubber ear cups for the radio receivers are stiff.

They will need to be warmed in order to install a set of receivers. No visible markings or dates.

This is an Original flying helmet. It will make a great RAF Display.
