Great Britain Scott# 33 single use on an 1864 Transatlantic from Weedon addressed to Waukesha, Wisconsin. Obviously greatly underpaid, some sort of a two line black handstamp is struck vertically onto the lower right of the stamp and a black "50 US NOTES" handstamp to the lower right, I believe to have been applied in Chicago at the same time as CHICAGO BR. 24 was applied on December 29th. Applied in black at the top.
This may be a British Marking. Order of posting: Weedon 12.3.1864 then London transit markings 12.5.1864, then Chicago 12.28.1864. Edge wear and rough opening at right, but I believe this is a very unusual cover, highly collectible with great transit and auxilary markings.
