A fine used and extremely rare Penny Black from plate 1b and used in 1865, very late usage, 25 years after issue. Has the North West London'9' numeral of Kentish Town (1865). Very few of these exist. Has a very small sealed scissor cut at base, mentioned for accuracy, but does not detract from this GB QV rarity.
