Here's a unusual and I believe pretty rare pair of WW2 era British RAF Binoculars that were used by Flight Navigators. Or at least what I've read. Made in LONDON by ROSS and Model is STEPOACH. Marked STEREO PRISM BINOCULARS POWER=6. The unusual feature to these is the LLOYD OWEN COMPOCULAR PATENT No.

It's a third viewer that is more like a periscope that looks straight up or in a rotating arc. You see the image in the RH eye piece and there's a sighting bar like on a scope. There's very little info on these that I could find except on Worthpoint. Condition is pretty nice with no damage to the case.
