Rare British Army Special Forces 22SAS undercover modified wool coat Size Medium

  

From my personal collection, this 22SAS , Special Air Service, Special Forces undercover covert ops jacket came from a box of mixed items when the SAS moved to Credenhill from Hereford in 2000. A modified BHS acrylic/wool lumberjack style jacket with quilted lining, the lining has been modified with hook and loop tape on each side to allow for concealed body armour, or equipment. On the right side half a zip has also been added, perhaps to attach a concealed holster or radio.

This is an unusual piece that I've had for 20 years, still very wearable or a nice piece for Special Forces collectors. Armpit to armpit 25.5. Length from neck to hem 27.
