1859 A wrapper bearing a horizontal strip of three of the 1857 4d carmine-rose issue paying the 1/- rate to St Petersburg, Russia, from Cardiff, each being tied by the 162 duplex dated for JA 29 59, with below the red Aachen transit mark together with the red P in circle denoting paid to destination.
